BH Innovation is the brainchild of many a storming session. Me, my favourite sharpie, and an oversized piece of paper…

It’s the collation of all my interests and passions into one, neat package. Everything I want to work towards – synergy amongst local businesses, a platform for entrepreneurs, a voice that’ll be heard –this is what BH Innovation is all about.

Believe me, it took weeks, months, years to develop such a powerful and positive initiative, but I can already say it was worth it. And as an Executive on the board of the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce, I’m in the perfect position to make a difference.

So, what is BH Innovation? It is, to put it simply, an initiative to rally together local businesses and entrepreneurs in an effort to create opportunities, share ideas, and make the most out of the recourses available, many of which go untapped.

For example, how many companies will make sure they benefit from the recent Government R & D tax breaks? BH Innovation is designed to highlight these opportunities and assist local businesses in using them to their advantage.

But it’s not about staying behind a computer screen; it’s about meeting face-to-face, developing relationships, and talking to like-minded people.
We achieve this through regular BH Innovation networking events. These lively meetings bring together entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers and developers in a friendly, engaging and informal environment.
